Experts explain high voter turnout in Kazakhstan's presidential election

According to exit polls and preliminary vote counting, the incumbent President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has gained over 97.5% votes in the early presidential election in Kazakhstan. Voter turnout reached 95.11%.
