Days of Azerbaijan Culture to be held in Kazakhstan

Days of Azerbaijan Culture will be held in two largest cities of Kazakhstan Astana and Almaty on June 7-9, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Interfax-Kazakhstan that referred to the press-service of the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan. The opening ceremony of the Days of Azerbaijan Culture will take place on June 7 in Astana. Prominent Azerbaijan singers will take part in a gala concert as part of the event. A photo exhibition called Azerbaijan: Fusion of Traditions and Modern Age and a tourism exhibition will be up. Azerbaijan honored artists Simara Imanova, Sabukhi Ibrayev, Tayar Bayramov, Azerbaijan State Dance Company, national instrumental orchestra, and Amirov State Song and Dance Company’s ballet troupe will take part in a concert, the press-service reports. Prominent Azerbaijan singers and dancers will perform in Almaty on June 9 at Zhambyl State Philharmonic Hall (#21 Tole bi Street, corner of Kaldayakov Street). “The cultural relationships between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have old historic roots. These Days of Culture and Days of Friendship play a significant role in strengthening of our joint cultural and information space and development of bilateral relations,” the Ministry's officials say.
