What to expect
In the north and east, residents can expect intense downpours and hail in some areas.
The south, southeast, and central regions will enjoy mostly dry weather due to an incoming anticyclone.
Across the country, wind speeds are forecast to increase, with gusts reaching up to 28 m/s in some regions. Fog is expected during the night and morning hours in the north and northwest.

Astana: Thunderstorms are expected for Capital Day celebrations, with gusty west to northwest winds of up to 18 m/s.
Almaty: A nighttime thunderstorm is expected; wind gusts up to 15 m/s.
Shymkent: No rain, but extreme fire danger persists.
Akmola Region: Thunderstorms and possible hail, especially in the west, north, and east.
Almaty Region: Thunderstorms and squalls expected; fire danger remains high across much of the area.
Turkistan and Zhetysu Regions: Winds reaching 25 m/s in some areas; temperatures up to 40°C.
West Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan Regions: Thunderstorms and hail; fog at night.
Kyzylorda, Mangystau, Zhambyl: Persisting extreme fire hazards, with high winds in some districts.
Pavlodar, East Kazakhstan, Abai: Heavy rain, hail, and severe squalls; winds up to 28 m/s.
Kostanay, Aktobe, Karaganda, Ulytau Regions: Thunderstorms, hail, high temperatures up to 36°C, and critical fire risks in several areas.
