Tengrinews.kz – As Astana prepares to celebrate Capital Day on July 6, city officials have announced temporary traffic restrictions around Astana Arena, where a major concert will take place.
According to the city administration, the event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. and will feature top Kazakhstani artists and creative ensembles.
To ensure safety and smooth logistics, vehicle access will be limited in the area surrounding the stadium, particularly near the Alau Ice Palace and Saryarka velodrome.
Who’s performing?
The star-studded lineup includes Kazybek Kurayish, the iconic band Dos-Mukasan, pop acts like 6elucci, Zhanar Dugalova, Ali Okapov, Limba, Atille, Aro, Zhubanysh Zheksen, Nazima, Ilkhan, and Turar.
Don’t miss the fireworks
Following the concert, a fireworks show is planned at 11:00 p.m., launched from the Botanical Garden. The firework display will mark the culmination of a day filled with festivities across the city.
City officials recommend planning alternative routes and using public transport where possible due to road closures in the vicinity of the event.
