Tengrinews.kz – Members of the Backstreet Boys were given an unusual welcome upon arriving in Astana for their concert.
As soon as the band landed, fans surrounded them in the VIP terminal, when suddenly their hit song Everybody started playing. To the surprise of the musicians, cleaners, flight attendants, a pilot and “random” passengers broke into a choreographed dance. According to producer Malik Khasenov, around 30 professional dancers took part in the flash mob.
“At first the guys looked confused, but very quickly they joined in the atmosphere, filming on their phones and singing along,” Khasenov wrote on Instagram.
Some of the band members later shared clips of the performance on their own accounts.

The Backstreet Boys had performed a concert in Almaty the previous day, where they were greeted at the airport with traditional Kazakh tubeteikas (skullcaps).
