Russia cannot limit food transit from EU to Kazakhstan: Vice Minister of National Economy

Russia may impose limitations on transit of food imports from the European Union to Kazakhstan in order to prevent re-export of those goods to Russia, Head of Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (VPSS) Sergei Dankvert said. But Kazakhstan's Deputy Minter of National Economy Madina Abylkasymova insisted that all Russia can do is limit food shipments that are destined for Russia, Tengrinews reports.
