Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine are planning to coordinate their moves at the global grain market, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting of Russian-Ukrainian Intergovernmental Commission, RBC reports.
The President of Russia reminded that Russia was the main trade partner of Ukraine responsible for 30% of its external trade turnover. Vladimir Putin pointed out that a significant flow of Russian investments was channeled into the country's fuel energy and metallurgy industries. Besides, Ukraine and Russia had a range of projects in atomic energy, aviation and space exploration.
"There is some progress in the agriculture field, including in grain trade. The Black Sea Business Committee of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan is being formed. The committee will enable us to coordinate actions of the three countries' grain traders at the global grain market," Putin said.
