Tengrinews.kz - A woman was injured during landing after a paragliding flight at the Shymbulak Resort.
The incident occurred on June 19 around 11:50 a.m. It is reported that the woman was born in 1982.
“A call came in to the emergency service ‘109’: a woman sustained an injury—presumably a leg fracture—while landing a paraglider at Shymbulak, above the Combi-1 station. The Tuyuk-Su rescue team was promptly dispatched,” the Almaty rescue service (109) said.
At the scene, specialists provided first aid by immobilizing the injured leg with splints and began transporting her.
Around 1 p.m., rescuers delivered the woman to the medical station at the Shymbulak Resort, where she was handed over to healthcare professionals.
