Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the opening of Moldova’s embassy in Kazakhstan is a significant event, reflecting the desire of both countries to strengthen friendly ties and expand multifaceted cooperation.
In turn, Mihai Popsoi congratulated all Kazakh diplomats through the Head of State on their professional holiday, emphasizing the special role of diplomacy in today’s international environment.

The interlocutors discussed prospects for expanding trade, economic, and investment cooperation in various sectors of mutual interest.
At the end of the meeting, the Head of State conveyed greetings to the President of Moldova, Maia Sandu.
Earlier, the Head of State sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of Rwanda.
