In his welcoming remarks, President Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan consistently pursues a balanced and diversified foreign policy. He highlighted the country’s openness to constructive dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Head of State expressed confidence that the newly appointed ambassadors would contribute to strengthening and expanding partnerships with Kazakhstan.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Tokayev congratulated the diplomats on the official start of their missions and conveyed his best wishes to the heads of their respective states.
The presentation of credentials is an official diplomatic tradition, during which a newly appointed ambassador formally hands over a special document — the credentials — to the head of state. This document confirms the ambassador’s official appointment and authority to represent their country’s interests.
Earlier, in May 2025, President Tokayev replaced Kazakh ambassadors in several countries.
