Tengrinews.kz – Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to Guy Parmelin on the occasion of his election as President of the Swiss Confederation, according to the press service of Akorda.
The congratulatory message notes that Guy Parmelin’s re-election to this high office reflects the continued trust he enjoys thanks to his leadership qualities and many years of dedicated service to his country.
The President of Kazakhstan expressed confidence that during his new term, Switzerland, which plays an important role in global affairs, will continue to follow the path of sustainable development and prosperity.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Guy Parmelin success in his responsible public duties and extended wishes of happiness and well-being to the Swiss people.
It is worth noting that the President of Kazakhstan is currently on a visit to Turkmenistan to take part in a forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust.
