Tokayev congratulates president of Ethiopia on National Day

Tengrinews.kz - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the president of Ethiopia on the occasion of the country's National Day, citing Akorda.

The Head of State sent a congratulatory telegram to President Taye Atske Selassie to mark Ethiopia's National Day.

"In his message, the Head of State emphasized that relations between the two countries have great potential and reaffirmed his readiness to make efforts to further develop mutual cooperation," the statement from Akorda reads.

Tokayev also wished Taye Atske Selassie success in his responsible state activities and prosperity and well-being to the Ethiopian people.

Earlier, President Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the country's Independence Day.
