Tengrinews.kz - Teenager has been sentenced to two months in detention for pepper spraying a child in Aktobe.
The court received a petition on the measure of punishment for the boy, who is suspected of theft and hooliganism.
The case materials reveal that the teen, while under the influence of alcohol, stole sneakers from another minor, causing 16,000 tenge in damages. Then he pepper sprayed the child's face.
"Being at large, the suspect can hide from the law enforcement agency and the court in order to evade criminal responsibility. The court decided that the minor will be detained for two months," - said the court.
Earlier, a boy from Aktobe sprayed harmful gas in the child's face and tried to escape.
