As a reminder, in May of this year, a Security Council meeting chaired by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was held on the development of the transport and logistics sector.
At that time, the president criticized the state of the transport sector in his speech, noting that its modernization was being held back by systemic problems and failure to implement plans.
