Q1 2011 Kazakhstan’s foreign trade turnover 33.2% up

Kazakhstan’s foreign trade turnover grew in the Q1 2011 by 33.2% as compared to the like period of 2010, the Agency for Statistics reports. “Q1 2011 foreign trade turnover made up $25 billion, 33.2% as compared to the same period of 2010”, the statement reads. Exports for the period totaled $18.3 billion, growing by 36%; imports increased by 26%, reaching $6.7 billion.
