Tengrinews.kz – Kazhydromet forecasters have released the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for May 22, 23, and 24.
Cold weather returns again
A cyclone and its associated frontal systems will continue to affect most of Kazakhstan, bringing rain, thunderstorms, and high air temperatures. However, starting on May 24, a northern anticyclone will begin to move into the country.
"Although rain will still persist, the anticyclone will cause a significant drop in air temperature, which will be especially noticeable in the northern regions — at night, temperatures will fall to +3 to +8°C, and during the day to +10 to +15°C," the statement reads.
