Tengrinews.kz – Kazakhstanis can now apply online for compensation of expenses related to home-based education for children with disabilities. The new service has been added to the eGov Mobile application.
The compensation is granted based on an individual learning plan and a certificate from the educational institution confirming that the child is studying at home. The funds are provided to partially cover expenses associated with ensuring the learning process. Payments start from the month of application and remain valid until the date indicated in the certificate. The compensation amount is determined by local maslikhats.
How to apply for the service:
- Log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the section “eGov public services” - “Benefits, allowances and pensions”;
- Select the service “Reimbursement of expenses for home-based education of children with disabilities” and fill in all required information;
- Sign the application using one of the available signing methods;
- Check the status of your application in the “Service history” section.
The service processing time is 8 working days after submitting the full package of documents. There is no automatic extension: after the disability period ends, re-evaluation and a new application are required.
You can also apply through eGov.kz or offline at a public service center.
