The video was posted on the organization's official Instagram page. It shows a man floating on a SUP board. A SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) is a board used to float while standing, typically steered with a single long paddle.
It's important to note that before embarking on such a water adventure, one should learn the proper paddling technique. It is not recommended to paddleboard without prior training.

The comments section is filled with admiration for the beauty of the lake.

The national park's staff mentioned that the video was filmed at a protected natural site about a week ago. The author of the video is Aibar Toleubekov (aibar_toleubekov), and the location captured is Lake Balykty.
"This beautiful lake has crystal-clear water and is abundant with fish. During hot summer days, the water temperature is +14, +16 degrees Celsius. The lake is 175 meters long and about 80 meters wide," the park staff reminded.
It's also worth noting that this picturesque location is quite popular among tourists.
