Nauryz is one of the most significant and eagerly awaited holidays in Kazakhstan. It will bring five consecutive days off:

• For a five-day workweek: March 21-25 will be days off;
• For a six-day workweek: March 21-24 will be days off, while March 25 will be a workday.

What commemorative dates will be observed in March?

March also includes professional and commemorative dates:

• March 1 – Gratitude Day. A day to express gratitude and promote mutual respect among citizens.
