Tengrinews.kz - Foreigners threw a half-naked party and were arrested for 15 days in the Almaty region.
The incident occurred on the night of February 22, 2025, in the Altyn Aul microdistrict in Kaskelen. As the court established, T. and R., in a state of alcoholic intoxication, after celebrating the birthday of a common relative, went out into the courtyard of a residential complex at about 2 AM. Half-naked, they shouted loudly, disturbing the peace and causing inconvenience to local residents.
At the court hearing, both offenders fully admitted their guilt, repented of their actions, and apologized to the residents. Their actions were confirmed by the case materials, including an electronic protocol, witness testimony and a video recording of the incident.
Having considered all the circumstances, including mitigating and aggravating factors, the Karasai Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses found T. and R. guilty under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Obscene in public places, offensive harassment of individuals and other similar actions expressing disrespect for others, violating public order and the peace of individuals"). Each of them was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force.
Earlier, foreign nationals in possession of cybercrime equipment used by internet fraudsters have been detained in Kazakhstan.
