Tengrinews.kz - A foreigner has been arrested in Astana and will be expelled from Kazakhstan for indecent behaviour.
According to the court, two administrative cases were considered against the foreigner: for indecent behaviour in a public place and violation of migration legislation.
"Under the circumstances of the case, the man demonstrated indecent behaviour towards a woman. In addition, the offender worked at a construction site without a work permit," the court revealed the details.
The offences were confirmed by the case materials, protocols, police report and video recordings.
The court found foreigner guilty and arrested him for 15 days. After that he will be deported from Kazakhstan. The court decision has not yet entered into force.
