Tengrinews.kz - A FlyArystan flight from Almaty to Karaganda was forced to return to the departure airport.
A reader informed the editorial team via WhatsApp that flight FS7123, operated by FlyArystan on February 17, made an emergency turnaround approximately 30 minutes after takeoff.
"We were on board a FlyArystan flight from Almaty to Karaganda. About half an hour into the flight, the plane was turned back to Almaty. We landed safely, and emergency services were on standby," the passenger said.
According to FlightRadar data, the flight was operated on an Airbus A320-232.

The reader also shared a video from inside the aircraft.
FlyArystan confirmed the incident, stating that the aircraft returned to Almaty due to a technical reason.
"The aircraft operating flight FS7123 from Almaty to Karaganda on February 17 returned to the departure airport due to a technical issue. The landing was carried out normally. To avoid further delays, the aircraft was replaced, and the flight departed again for its destination at 11:56 PM," the airline's press service said.
The exact cause of the technical malfunction has not yet been disclosed.
