According to the report, the focus lay at a depth of 74 kilometers.

The tremors were felt by residents of four countries — Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Russia, and Armenia.

The city of Neft Dashlari in Azerbaijan was the closest to the epicenter, located 73 kilometers away.

Earlier that morning, another tremor with a magnitude of 3.5 was recorded in the same region.
