According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport, travelers will be able to use this direct air service starting in spring 2025. The flights will be operated by SCAT Airlines, with a frequency of twice a week.

Currently, Kazakhstan has direct air connections with 32 countries around the world. The total number of international destinations from Kazakhstan exceeds 132 routes, with 778 flights per week operated by both Kazakh and foreign airlines.

It is important to note that Kazakh citizens will need a visa to visit Austria.
