Tengrinews.kz — The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has announced the average pension size in Kazakhstan.
According to the ministry, since the beginning of the year pensions totaling 3 trillion 868 billion tenge have been paid from the national budget. Of this amount, 1 trillion 252.4 billion tenge was allocated for basic pensions and 2 trillion 615.6 billion tenge for solidarity pensions.
As of December 1, 2025, the number of pensioners was 2 million 524 thousand people.
“The average total pension as of December 1, 2025 amounted to 142,669 tenge, including a solidarity pension of 95,096 tenge and a basic pension of 47,573 tenge,” the statement said.
It is noted that as of November 1, the average total pension in Kazakhstan was 142,744 tenge, including a solidarity pension of 95,167 tenge and a basic pension of 47,577 tenge.
