Tengrinews.kz - The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the temporary closure of automobile checkpoints on the border with China in connection with the March holidays.
When automobile checkpoints will not work:
- March 8 – International Women's Day
- March 21-23 – Nauryz celebration.
On these days, border crossing by motor transport, as well as the passage of goods and passengers, will not be carried out.
Railway checkpoints will continue to operate as usual, so carriers, as well as citizens planning trips, can use rail transport.
Drivers and logistics companies are advised to adjust their routes in advance, taking into account the restrictions introduced.

According to the "Government for Citizens", the work schedule of the Public Service Centers (PSC) and special PSCs in Kazakhstan will change due to the holidays in March.
