Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Croatian President Zoran Milanovic on the country’s national holiday – Statehood Day.
The press service of Akorda reported this on Friday, May 30.
"In his congratulatory telegram, the President of Kazakhstan noted the continued deepening of political dialogue, and the strengthening of economic and cultural ties between Astana and Zagreb," the statement reads.
He expressed confidence that bilateral relations, based on friendship and mutual understanding, would continue to develop productively.
Tokayev wished Milanovic success in his high office and the Croatian people prosperity and well-being.
Previously, President Tokayev held a meeting with Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic-Radman in Astana.
