Tengrinews.kz - Residents of Kazakhstan and other countries complain about the performance of the Telegram messenger.

According to data from Downdetector, a mass Telegram outage occurred at 4:00 PM Astana time.

The most common issue reported is the inability to connect to the server, followed by the Telegram app not working. Some users are also experiencing problems with sending messages.

According to the map on Downdetector and user comments, Telegram is also not working in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Serbia, and Russia.

Some WhatsApp users also complained about the messenger. The cause of the problems is currently unknown.
