Tengrinews.kz - Guardians of children and incapacitated individuals can now register their wards at clinics using the eGov.kz portal.
"The expansion of the government service functionality allows guardians of children and incapacitated individuals over 18 to register their wards at clinics," said the press service of JSC "National information technology".
Previously, legal representatives of children with disabilities had to be present in person at the clinic with documents confirming their guardianship to register their wards. Now, with the launch of the updated government service, guardians and others caring for children or incapacitated individuals can submit applications online in just a few clicks.
To obtain the service, the user must:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the "Healthcare" section, then select the service "Registration at an outpatients' clinic";
- choose the applicant category from two options: "Legal Representative" (for incapacitated or partially incapacitated adults) or "For a Child" (under 18, including those under guardianship);
- select from the list the region and district of residence, the clinic, the reason for registration (relocation or voluntary registration), the attending physician, and edit the displayed address and contact phone number if needed;
- fill in the required fields and sign the application using an electronic digital signature (EDS)/QRCode or SMS confirmation.
The user can check the results of the service in their personal account after the application has been reviewed by the medical organization.
This service can be used not only when changing residence but also if there is a desire to change the attached medical organization, which can be done no more than once a year within the same administrative-territorial unit.
Additionally, the medical organization can be changed by participating in the registration campaign until November 1 of the current year. As a result of the registration campaign, the patient will be able to receive services starting from the beginning of the new year.
Earlier, Kazakhstanis can now voluntarily refuse to receive bank loans and microloans for an unlimited period of time. The new service has been introduced on the eGov.kz portal.
