Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov has shared the secret of reliable policies in his Twitter, Tengrinews.kz reports. “Budget spending moderateness is the most reliable policy,” Karim Massimov posted . It may be that Karim Massimov came to this conclusion after today's official release of the Economic & Social Survey of Asia & Pacific 2011 at the 4th Astana Economic Forum.
