An unknown person blew himself up next to a 5-storied building in Sary-Arka region of Atyrau in the west of Kazakhstan.

An unknown person blew himself up next to 5-storied building in Sary-Arka region of Atyrau in the west of Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Atyrau oblast Emergency Situations Department. “Parts of his body are everywhere around the area,” the source said. The blast caused damage to heating system pipelines and shattered windows in the building. No other casualties were reported. Interior Department did not give any comments yet. Two blasts occurred next to Atyrau oblast administration building earlier. According to Emergency Situations Department, the first one happened in the private area on Kulmanov street, the second one in the garbage can next to an administrative building. According to RIA Novosti, the blast occurred in the basement of the 5-storied residential building.
