ArcelorMittal Temirtau plant on fire again
A fire has happened at ArcelorMittal Temirtau plant in central Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the dispatcher service.A transformer at the substation No.9 caught fire. According to the preliminary information, the fire was caused by a short circuit. No casualties were reported. The investigation is underway. The fire has been quenched.ArcelorMittal Temirtau is the biggest mining-metallurgical company in Kazakhstan. It is an integrated facility with its own coal, iron and energy base.
