Anger boils over in Indian Kashmir over flood rescue delay
Anger mounted Wednesday over the slow pace of rescue operations in Indian Kashmir as authorities said they were "overwhelmed" by the scale of deadly flooding that has left hundreds of thousands of people stranded in India and Pakistan, AFP reports.
