The incident occurred at the Escientia Advanced Sciences plant on August 21, and the rescue operation concluded after a day. According to authorities, the explosion resulted in 17 fatalities and 40 injuries.
The preliminary cause of the incident has been identified as a leak of vapors from a chemical reactor.
