The Prime-Minister posted that “True education reform starts with good teachers.” Earlier, Karim Massimov cited Kazakh community leader, scientist, literary scholar and translator Akhmet Baitursynov: “Knowledge is a weapon. A man of achievements is a master: he is excellent in whatever he does.”
