The guard wounded in the leg during the recent attack on Atyrau Interior Department has been discharged from the hospital, head of trauma department of Atyrau oblast hospital Ruslan Kapanov told Tengrinews.kz. According to him, the patient with a knee injury was delivered to the hospital at night of September 15 in the moderately grave condition. “Yes, he has been discharged. He is in satisfactory condition. He had a knee injury. We made a surgery, there were no complications,” his doctor said. Two unknown persons shot at the guard of Atyrau Interior Department at 11:52 p.m. on September 14 wounding him in the leg. The criminals disappeared after the police officer returned fire. A little later two unknown persons tried to enter Atyrau Interior Department. They threw a bottle with incendiary mixture towards the checkpoint and fired a shot at the militaryman on duty. The criminals disappeared after the duty officer shot back at them. A militaryman of the military base 5546 was wounded in the second attack.
