One person died and three were injured by the explosion in the building of Aktobe National Security Commission Department, Tengrinews.kz reports citing deputy chief doctor of Aktobe hospital Zamza Khairullina. As per Khairullina, two injured received outpatient therapy. “They have fragment wounds. The third injured, a 32-year old man, is in intensive care under general anesthesia. He is in bad condition,” she said. Earlier it was reported that one person was killed and another injured. He was delivered to the hospital. Right after the incident Kazakhstan General Prosecutor's Office held an urgent press-briefing and unveiled the suicide bomber's name, Rakhymzhan Makatov. As per official's version he was a member of an organized criminal group and blew himself up to dodge the criminal responsibility. Invertigation is in process.
