Tengrinews.kz - Several sections of highways have been closed to freight and public transport in the West Kazakhstan region due to worsening weather conditions, according to "KazAvtoZhol."
Starting from 10:30 a.m. on February 3, movement has been restricted on the following national roads due to adverse weather conditions:
- Aktobe - Oral on the section from kilometer 195 to 248 (from the village of Barbastau to the village of Zympity);
- Oral - Taskala - border with Russia from kilometer 4 to 72 (from the city of Oral to the village of Taskala);
- Oral - Taskala - border with Russia from kilometer 375 to 492 (from the village of Akzhayik to the city of Oral).
The estimated time for road reopening is 2:00 p.m. on February 3.
