Ust-Kamenogorsk car-assembling plant Asia Auto has launched production of executive sedan KIA Quoris, the plant’s website writes. The cost of the luxury car produced in the eastern Kazakhstan city will vary from $70 to $85.5 thousand, depending on the grade. The first KIA executive car is equipped with a 294 HP 3.8-liter V6 petrol engine and 8-speed automatic transmission with electronic control and modes selection option. The car can accelerate to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds and its maximum speed reaches 240 km/h. SCC radar system regulates the speed depending on the distance to the vehicle ahead and AVMS around view monitors inform the driver about what is happening 360 degrees around the car. The 5-seat sedan is also equipped with cruise control, 3-zone climate control, 17-channel Lexicon Hi-Fi audio system, all seats heaters, electric regulation of the driver and passenger seats, projection-type display to wind screen, multimedia system for backseat passengers and many other options.
