Users worldwide reported Telegram outage

Users are reporting en masse that the short links are not redirecting them to the app. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Code of Durov.”

Complaints began coming in from around the world on the evening of July 13. The links stopped working in browsers. The Telegram app itself continues to load everything as before.

Data from the Downdetector service indicates that the global outage began late in the evening, and users continue to complain about problems with the messenger

Judging by the outage map, Kazakhstanis have not reported any issues with the messenger’s services.
