Tengrinews.kz - P. Diddy has filed a third request for release from jail, claiming he poses no threat to society.
According to the Daily Mail, renowned rapper and music producer Sean Combs is still hopeful for release. This is his third attempt to gain freedom since being arrested on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. In the new appeal, his lawyers argue that he is innocent and that all sexual encounters he was involved in were "all consensual."
P. Diddy's defense team submitted new documents to the court, which were obtained by the publication. In these documents, they state that their client does not pose a threat to society and should not remain behind bars while the investigation continues. Combs has firmly denied all charges, emphasizing that he has committed no illegal acts and maintains his innocence.

Earlier, a New York court denied P. Diddy's release on bail, citing claims that he allegedly tried to contact potential witnesses. However, his defense argued that the contact with one witness was made with the witness’s lawyer’s consent, and in some cases, witnesses contacted P. Diddy themselves. His lawyers maintain that he has no intention of fleeing. To support this, P. Diddy surrendered his passport, sold his private jet, offered his $48 million estate as collateral, and agreed not to contact witnesses and undergo regular drug testing.
In their appeal, P. Diddy's lawyers emphasized that the case against him had been "sensationalized," damaging his reputation through unfounded media claims. They also pointed out that a video involving P. Diddy's former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, mentioned in the allegations, was made public shortly after she settled her lawsuit against him.

The defense team insists that P. Diddy deserves the opportunity to defend himself outside of jail and that his continued detention is unjustified.
While Combs' defense seeks his release, federal authorities and prosecutors' lawyers remain firm. Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing 120 alleged victims of sexual assault, has announced plans to file numerous lawsuits against P. Diddy. Among his clients are both men and women, 25 of whom were minors at the time of the alleged crimes.
On September 17, P.Diddy was arrested in a New York court after jurors presented him with charges of violence and human trafficking. These allegations cover the last 16 years of his career and are connected to the organization of so-called freak-off parties, elite events allegedly designed for the sexual exploitation of women.
