Tengrinews.kz - The Embassy of Kazakhstan recommends citizens leave Ukraine.
"Due to the increased frequency of artillery shelling and airstrikes in Ukraine, for safety reasons, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine recommends that Kazakhstani citizens consider leaving areas near active combat zones or leaving Ukraine," the embassy stated.
Kazakhstanis are urged not to ignore air raid sirens, promptly seek shelter, follow safety precautions, and adhere to the recommendations of local authorities.
According to the embassy, Kazakhstani citizens can leave Ukraine via land routes: through Poland or Moldova, and then proceed via commercial flights.
"If exiting through Poland, Kazakhstani citizens must have a Schengen visa. No visa is required for entry into Moldova.
