Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the President of Brazil on the national holiday, citing Akorda.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory message to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the occasion of Brazil's Independence Day.

Noting the significance of this holiday in the country's history as a symbol of national unity and harmony, the Head of State wished the Brazilian people continued prosperity and well-being.

The President also expressed confidence that, through joint efforts, the relations between Kazakhstan and Brazil will continue to strengthen in the spirit of traditional friendship and mutual support.

Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Gilbert Houngbo, the Director-General of the International Labour Organization.
