CEC accredits first party of international observers  CEC accredits first party of international observers
February 26, 2011 the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kazakhstan accredited the first party of international observers to monitor the forthcoming presidential elections, a Tengrinews.kz journalist reports. Certificates have been issued for 7 observers representing France and 2 representatives of the International Republican Institute. The presidential election in Kazakhstan has been scheduled for April 3, 2011.
