Deputy chairman of Kazakhstan Agency for Religion Marat Azilkhanov thinks that authenticity of the statements of the extremists threatening Kazakhstan with violence has to be checked, IA Novosti-Kazakhstan writes. "I saw this video. I would like to say that first of all it is necessary to check authenticity of this information and these statements. And if there are such threats, our law-enforcement authorities have to deal with it,” Azilkhanov said. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that Djund Al-Khalifat uploaded a video threatening Kazakhstan with violence in case the authorities do not cancel the Law on Religion. Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law On religious activities and religious institutions on October 13.
