A ice disc of a perfectly round form has been spotted on the Narym River in eastern Kazakhstan. Earlier a similar disc was spinning down the Sheyenne River in North Dakota.
As of today there are 199 contracts for hydrocarbons production, with 171 of them containing certain requirements to the share of locally produced products/services and the share of local work force.
