A calf with number 7 on its forehead was born in a village of Kenesary Burabay region in Akmolinsk Oblast, 31 channel reports. "I was told in the morning, I didn’t believe it. When I saw it, my heart jumped. 7 is a sacred number for Kazakhs. Zhety ata (seven grandfathers), seven heavens... I think, that it is a gift from Allah who will look down on us in all our endeavors,” Aibat Kudaibergenkyzy, the owner of the calf, said. According to Aibat, five years ago on the Arafat day before Eid el-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice, an important Muslim holiday) a calf with word Allah on its body was born. The family thought that it was a sign from heaven and mother and son started a Hajj to Mecca. Six months later a child that the family was waiting for for nine years was born. The child was named after the prophet Ibrahim. Now the family is seriously considering adopting seven children from a baby house, after the unusual calf appeared in their lives.
