The Kazakhstan team earned a silver medal in kok boru, losing to Kyrgyzstan in the final.
Tenge Ilu
Kazakhstan added two gold medals to their tally. Beknur Serikov achieved triumph in the bes-beles style, while Rahat Kambarov performed successfully in the qas qulash style.
Traditional archery
In the team events of traditional archery, the Kazakh archers faced the Australian team in the final and lost. As a result, the Kazakh team came in second, while the Australians took gold.

In Tatar national wrestling, the Kazakhs won four medals. Birzhan Shaimerdenov secured gold in the 90 kg category. Silver medals went to Adilet Shalgynbekuly (65 kg) and Nurdaulat Zharylgapov (over 100 kg). Beknur Bektai (75 kg) took third place.

In Turkish national wrestling, the Kazakhs earned three silver medals, brought in by Yernur Suleymenov in the 60 kg category, Adilet Akhmetgali (70 kg), and Aidos Galimov (90 kg).

Two Kazakh women reached the podium. Asel Daliyeva won the gold medal, while Ansagan Kozhanasip took bronze.

The Games feature 21 sports, including ten demonstration disciplines, among which traditional games such as Kazakh asyk atu and Kyrgyz ordo stand out. 2,000 athletes from 89 countries are competing for 97 sets of medals, vying for a total of 581 medals.
Togyzqumalaq - A traditional Kazakh logic board game with 18 playing pits and two reserve pits. The game is based on the number 9, considered sacred by the Turks. It develops mathematical thinking and fosters patience.
Kokpar - A horseback game where riders compete for a goat carcass dummy. It is necessary not only to capture it but also to prevent opponents from taking it, and then to throw the carcass into a 3-meter diameter circle.
Kok boru - A martial equestrian art of the Kyrgyz people. Strong and brave men and strong horses are selected for this game. To win, it is important that the tulpar and the athlete act together. The rider who manages to tear the serke from the ground must break through the opponents and throw it into the “taikazan” of the opposing team.
Tenge Ilu - One of the national Kazakh equestrian sports. The objective is to collect five money bags placed 150 meters apart in a short time (teams are divided into two groups).

Oware - An intellectual game of the peoples of West Africa. It is played by two people. On the game board there are six identical holes arranged in two rows, which together make up 12 small holes, and there are also large accumulation holes - storage sections in which players collect stones. The Owari game is played with 48 balls. The six small holes on your side of the board are the player’s field, the six holes opposite are the player’s field, respectively. Players try to collect as many balls as possible in their storage section. The one who collects the most balls wins the game.
