Kazakhstani wrestler Rasul Kaliev has won a silver medal in the Men’s Freestyle 57 kg at the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, Tengrinews reports.
In the finals, Kaliev lost 6:8 to North Korean wrestler Jong Hajkin by technical points. Kaliev and Jong fought against each other earlier this year, that time the Kazakh wrestler lost to his North Korean opponent 6:12 in the finals of the Wrestling Cup.
Another Kazakhstani wrestler Mamed Ibragimov won a bronze medal in the Men’s Freestyle 97 kg. Ibragimov lost to Satywart Kadian from India by technical points.
Guzel Manyurova won a silver medal in the Women’s Freestyle 75 kg, while Tatyana Amanzhol got the bronze in the Women’s Freestyle 48 kg.
The Kazakhstani team remains in the fourth place of the medal ranking with 51 medals total.
