Kazakhstan won the first prize in the 7th World School Individual Chess Championship in Poland. Sportsmen from 20 countries took part in the tournament, WSCC2011 reports. Kazakhstan sportsmen won three gold, one silver and four bronze medals. Golden medals were awarded to Kazakhstan chess players of the Girls group: Zhansaya Abdumalik from Almaty playing in Girls 11 category, Assel Serikbay from Kyzylorda (Girls 9), and Bibissara Assaubayeva (Girls 7). Dinara Saduakassova from Astana won silver in Girls 15 category. Bronze medal was awarded to Diana Assaubayeva from Kostanai. She played in Girls 15 category as well. Three more bronze medals were won by Rinal Amirzhanov from Almaty (Open 11), Ramazan Zhalmakhanov from Almaty (Open 9) and Anel Altynbek from Zhambyl oblast (Girls 9). In 2010 Dinara Saduakassova won the first prize in the World Youth Chess Championship in the Under-14 category. She won 8 rounds out of 11.
